Email Marketing is one of the most important ways to communicate with your clients and reach your potential leads and prospects which eventually helps your business to grow.
While writing an email to a client or a prospect, always mention them with sir/ Madam or last name . For example - Mr. Watkins , Ms. Smith etc. This leaves a professional impact on the client and not casual .
Always make sure you are sending a reply to a client or a new customer within an hour. Even if you are working on the quote they have asked, still inform them - you are working on it and will be replying shortly.
Do not use complex English while writing emails, use simple words which a client can understand . However, it is important not to go over the top as well ( getting too casual).

Make sure they are optimized for mobile phones because maximum number of people open their emails on mobiles. Most of the times they are travelling and they want everything on the go.
